You will receive a full refund minus processing fee if you cancel at least 7 days in advance of the camp date. Purchasing the optional cancellation protection insurance thru Ryzer would allow you to receive a refund should you need to cancel within the 7 days prior to camp.
Check each camp description for a list of meals provided. These meals are catered by the same Duke University team caterer who provides meals for the Duke Softball team. We will do our best to accommodate allergies, but your child is always welcome to bring his own lunch if you prefer. Snack food is available for purchase at the concession stand. Water and Gatorade will be provided throughout the day.
Yes. Yes. Parents are welcome to stay and watch the camp from the the stadium stands or sit beyond the outfield wall. You are welcome to bring a chair or blanket. A detailed schedule will be posted at registration.

All camps are covered by certified athletic trainer.
Parking rules vary from camp to camp. We will send an email with detailed parking instructions about 3-5 days prior to camp.

Make sure you bring the completed medical waiver to registration. Your child will need all gear – including tennis shoes or turfs, bat, helmet, glove, catcher's gear (if catching).
Cleats can be worn on the field. However, campers must have a pair of turfs or tennis shoes to be worn in our indoor spaces.
